Paolo Del Chicca Immobiliare was founded in 1994 in Livorno at the behest of its founding partner Paolo Del Chicca, who after living several years in Brazil, between Sao Paulo and Rio De Janeiro, and gaining international experience, decided to start his own real estate agency in Livorno. An innovative agency with strong synergies with foreign countries and a high specialization in Luxury properties.

Paolo Del Chicca has been part of the most important international organizations aimed at luxury real estate, such as LeadingRE, Luxury Portfolio and Prestige MLS, participating in numerous meetings in major cities around the world.

• - 2004: founding partner of EREN ltd., with headquarters in London and affiliates in major cities on the continent.
• - 2013: founding partner of ITALIAN NETWORK REALTY, a "made in Italy" network of professionals specializing in high-end properties, with worldwide connections.
